Drew Warren is the Executive Director of Community of Hope, He earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Stetson University and his Master’s Degree at Florida Institute of Technology. He has a passion and calling to work with families and children in need. Prior to coming to Community of Hope, Mr. Warren served as a mental health therapist, a college professor, and college dean and president. Mr. Warren is a tireless advocate for children and families serving in community leadership positions including having chaired the Brevard Homeless Coalition (BHC) Provider’s Board and serving on the BHC Board of Directors. Currently he chairs the Brevard Homeless Services Affordable Housing Committee and serves on the Continuum of Care for Homeless Services in Brevard County as well as the North Brevard Charities Coalition Board.

Teresa Kline is retired and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern Illinois and her Master Degree from Embry-Riddle University. She served in the US Air Force for 22 years and finished her career in other government services. She has over 40 years of Program Management, Contracting, and Financial experience and has been involved in nonprofit affordable housing work for over 15 years with Habitat for Humanity in 4 different states and for Community of Hope.

Susan Blair is a member of the Board of Directors representing Ascension Catholic Church. She has been on the board since 2020 and a Community of Hope volunteer since 2014. Susan holds an Associate’s Degree in Office Systems Technology from College of Lake County, Grayslake, Illinois. She has worked in the public procurement area for over 24 years and is currently the Procurement Manager for the City of Palm Bay. Prior to working in the public sector, she was a Marketing Manager for Fresenius USA, a medical equipment company dedicated to dialysis equipment and services. Susan is a veteran of the United States Navy.

Ben Scott is a Construction Project Manager with the reputable MH Williams Construction Group, Inc. With a diversified education in finance, business administration as well as, lean six sigma, Ben previously worked professionally as a State of Florida Certified Real Estate Appraiser, local Manufacturing Production Manager and a Certified Welding Inspetor . After witnessing the effects of homelessness on a loved one, Ben felt called to become an advocate for those in need. Next to his faith and his family, working to help further the mission of ending the cycle of homelessness has become his calling.
